1. You should born those countries which has been validated by the EDV program. If your birth country is bangladesh Brazil, India, China, Pakistan etc then you are not eligible to apply for Diversity Visa program because these countries are not involved in the DV program list.
2. Candidate should meet the requirements of Diversity Visa program. Either he/she has to meet work experience/education.
Candidate should passed at least secondary education 12 years of course.
