Photo Validator of DV lottery site does not work so you have to take your photo properly. Your photo size should be 600/600px and You head do not have to be titlted down, side or up. Only use digital camera to capture photo. You should put your original photo in the form. You must not edit your photo using photoshop and other tools. And your photo should contain your full face, neck and shoulders. And you should not be smiling also. The image of entrant should be vertically aligned or vertical straight. And last one is photo must be withn 6 months.
